Incidental Rental Expenses
It is recommended to secure the rental of your property, which would involve registering the rental agreement. The usual practice is to share the cost for registration equally between the Licensor and Licensee.
Cost associated for a 12 month rental agreement is approx. Rs. 6000/- to Rs. 10,000/- which includes registration fee, document scanning fee, stamp duty and stamp duty agent fees.
