Tenant Screening
We carefully pre-screen all our tenants to ensure that they are both, qualified and reliable. Our pre-screening procedures include interviewing them, verifying their identity, employment and financial resources, and obtaining all appropriate references as needed from their employer and previous landlords, if any.
Rent Negotiation
Our team of dedicated Property Management professionals continually maintains its in-depth knowledge and expertise of the local markets and ongoing rental trends in your rental property's neighborhood. Documentation
All your forms, agreements and other paperwork related to the rental are meticulously drafted by legal experts in the Real Estate and Property Management field, in accordance with the current Real Estate laws. Registration
Section 17 of The Registration Act, 1908, stipulates that leases whose terms be compulsorily registered with the Department of Registration & Stamps at a nominal rate that has been preset by the State Government. Our Fees
We charge One Month's Rent. The fee is payable upon signing of the Leave and License agreement and you getting the 1st month rental credit and security deposit.
Renewals
Two months prior to the expiration of all lease agreements, we contact your tenants to see if they intend to renew their lease. We then contact you to discuss the plan going forward. Should there be interest and consent by both parties to renew the lease, we do the needful to negotiate the new terms of such lease on your behalf.
