Our Comprehensive Rental Management Service covers every aspect of the rental process. In addition to all the services offered under the Rental Broking service, we offer prompt rent credits to your bank account, maintain inventory checklists, conduct periodic inspections, and arranges for repairs and maintenance. We continually manage your property for the entire duration of the lease agreement.
Prompt Rent Collections and Remittances

Move-in and Move-Out Furniture & Fixture Inventory Checklists
Prior to the tenant moving into the rental, we, jointly with the tenant, carry out a detailed inspection of the property, furniture and fixtures. We also take photographs of the property that will supplement this checklist. This inventory is signed by the tenant as a true record of the condition with which he got the property and the fixtures at the start of the lease. This goes a long way in avoiding disputes. More...
Periodic Property Inspections
With prior approval from the tenant, we conduct a routine inspection of your property every 3 months to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance are both in good order. We subsequently send you the Inspection Report that we prepare in connection with this visit, so that you may remain in the loop about the condition of your property.
Maintenance and Repairs
We will take all calls from your tenants regarding any maintenance issues they may be experiencing. We respond quickly to handle any routine or minor requests, utilizing our pool of qualified, skilled and reasonably priced contractors. We solicit competitive bids for any major maintenance and consult with you to obtain your approval prior to any such repairs. We are also available 7 days a week to handle any emergency services that may unexpectedly crop up.
Monthly and Yearly Statements
Our convenient monthly and yearly statements give you a detailed break-up of your income and expenses related to your rental property, making it very simple for you or your accountant to prepare your annual tax returns. Copies of all work orders and receipts are emailed to you along with your monthly statements, and the originals are held safely in our files.
Our Fees
We charge 15% fee of the monthly rent at source. After we deduct our fee, we transfer the remaining funds to your designated bank account and email you a statement for your records that reflects this transaction.
