Being an investor himself in multiple rental properties since 1999, he recognizes the many challenges of owning and renting in Mumbai, and therefore, also fully understands the needs and concerns of our clients, when it comes to their valued assets.
He has been actively advising individual NRI investors over the years. So, not only do all of our clients receive a Property Manager's perspective, but a fellow Landlord's perspective as well.

His endeavor to start a Property Rental Management Company revolved around him being able to offer out-of-town property owners a comprehensive rental management solution through immensely organized, detailed, and established processes.

Always focused on representing their interests, he guides our clients through the various steps in renting out their properties, with the goal of making the experience a painless, and yet, gainful one.

Viraj has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from University of Mumbai, with a specialization in Marketing. He also has over 13 years of work experience in the areas of Web Marketing, Direct Sales and Customer Service. At the time of setting up NRI Rentals, Viraj was working as a Sr. VP at a leading brokerage firm.

Ankush is a Manager of Accounts and Operations at NRI Rentals. She leads the internal operations of our business, proficiently managing our client accounts, our portal, and our property listings. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance.

She has over 12 years of work experience within I.T and ITES Industry, gaining extensive experience in the fields of operations and project management. In the various roles held by her she has also acquired a strong sense of design and understanding of digital marketing medium.

She firmly believes in continuous improvement and strives to enhance our back-end delivery solutions. She also proactively interacts with our clients to ensure that they are continually updated in their accounts related to their rental properties.
